The following, which was read the third time and moved to the bottom

     HOUSE CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 7(FIN)                                                                                        
     "An Act relating to the computation of the tax on the taxable                                                              
     income of a corporation derived from sources within the state;                                                             
     relating to the ineligibility and eligibility of certain productions to                                                    
     receive a film production tax credit; and providing for an effective                                                       
     date."                                                                                                                     
                                                                                                                                
Representative Gara moved and asked unanimous consent that HCS                                                                  
SB 7(FIN) be returned to second reading for the specific purpose of                                                             
considering Amendment No. 1.  There being no objection, it was so
